Headlight Replacement:

1. Remove the front bumper.

Front Bumper Removal/Installation
NOTE:
• Have an assistant help you when removing the front bumper.
• Take care not to scratch the front bumper and body.
• Put on gloves to protect your hands.
Remove the front bulkhead cover.
Remove the front bumper:
–1 Remove the bolts (2) and clips (4) securing the front bumper, inner fender and splash shield.
–2 Remove the screws (2), then pull both side wheel arch portions of the bumper outward to detach them from the side clips.
–3 With the help of an assistant, pull the front bumper forward to release the hooks from both corner upper beams, then remove the front bumper.

2. Disconnect the connectors (2) from the headlight.
3. Remove the four mounting bolts (one on the top and 3 on bottom), then remove the headlight assembly.
4. Install the headlight in the reverse order of removal.
5. After replacement, adjust the headlights to local requirements.

I need to remove/replace headlights for my wife's 2000 Honda Odyssey. How to re-aim headlights after they have been replaced? I assume there are vertical and horizontal adjustment screws? Where are they?

Those models do have both vertical and horizontal alignment screws.
