Stock wheel is 50. My mags are 45 with only a minor rub on full lock turns to the last.
Your pal better let you fit one on the front for a lookie.

 

They will need spacers. You are adding rim and tire width at the same time as the offset is pushing the wheels in. The Type-R has a very odd front suspension setup that requires very high offset to work.

They do look good on the Odyssey (5th gen, but fit should be very similar):

Like the title says, we got them installed on my 2019 Odyssey Ex-l yesterday. A long story short my friend wanted to go down to 18" on his 2017 Type R and offered the wheels to me for the price he paid for his 18" wheels which is a bargain. Bolt pattern is the same (5x120) and they are only 0.5"...

I'd guess you'll get some rub on the inner fender liner. It's not uncommon to get a tiny bit of rub even just on brand new full-tread-depth tires at full lock on stock wheels. A wider wheel + higher offset will almost certainly rub more, but it should be manageable.

 

One other thing to keep in mind- what's their load ratings? Will those rims handle the Ody's extra weight?

 

The minimums load ratingi found for Type R rims were 750kg per rim. Which would be enough.
