*Update # 100

After a lot of research and testing all done by my self. (Screw the mechanic that told me I had a bad engine)

Ground wire on the pig tail for injector #3 was not making contact. Fixed that, clean codes and took for a 30 minute drive, she drives like new..for now..🤣.

Whats up folks.

2003 honda odyssey 225k miles.

It developed a misfire on cylinders 3,5,6.

All ignition coils test good.
6 oem Brand new fuel injectors
New valve cover and spark plug seals.
Oem plugs.
Fuel trims are -26. The pcm is pulling a shit load of fuel at all time.

Timing issue and or low compression?

What approach would you take next?

Thanks in advance!!

Curious. How did you test the ignition coils to determine they were good?
Miles since the timing belt was changed?
Any compression tests done?
Ever clean the EGR ports etc?
Check the Cat Converter with an infrared head gun to see if it is getting clogged.

Did the old spark plugs give any clue on oil or richness?
Remember, one misfiring cylinder can show as multiple cylinders as misfiring.

What were the symptoms that caused you to install new injectors and spark plugs?

Hopefully you will get a lot of good suggestions.
Try searching for multiple cylinders misfiring, etc in this forum.
Best of luck,

I haven't check spark or fuel yet.
I tried 2 coils no change. Unplugged the ignition coil one by one and # doesn't affect performance. I tried that coil on #1 and is good then #1 on 3 it makes no on performance plugged or Unplugged.
With the car on the harness for coil #3 gets 14.2V.
Not sure if that voltage value is what it should be or not. It got dark, ill continue tomorrow. Any input from a knowledgeable member would be great šŸ‘
