rattle/clicking noise under glove box when AC is turned on (some times regradless)

I am hearing rattle and clicking noise searched all over the place, I came to know that it is from a Air mix motor, has any one experience the same in 2004 Honda Odyssey EXL
I do not want to get ripped off, I called a dealer in Ohio he told me that dealership needs to do a ac test for $195 , can some on help me out here

I've replaced the air-mix motor twice over the years in our 03. I just got one from a local salvage yard for $25, it only took 10min to swap them out.

You should be able see the arm popping in sync with the noise from under the passenger side of the center of the dash. If I remember correctly its only 3 small screws and 1 swing clip on the cable holding it all together. The last time I checked a new air-mix motor was $250 online, that's why I got it from the salvage yard. Its very easy to replace.

No need for an A/C test for this repair. Follow instructions on changing air-mix control motor.
