Installed front H&R Springs on KYB Struts. Went relatively easily. Now gotta do the rears tomorrow!

how do you like the ride so far? I'm still thinking if I should go with H&R or not and keep it factory height... if you in SF let me know how is the ride lol

18mpg per tank that is good... I do 95% city and 5% highway and get 13-15mpg lol, except when we travel, 3-4-5 hour highway and I get around 20-25mpg
You must have a lead foot. I live in a large city (Charlotte, NC), but I am easy on the pedal. I will be doing a 350-mile RT drive this weekend, so we'll see how she does on the road. The van just got four new tires on Sunday. These new Goodyear ComfortDrive tires make the van ride better than the Firestone LE3 tires that were on there before.

If you have a 3rd gen and don't have a lead foot, it's time to sell it to someone who will appreciate it. :D

My birthday was a few days ago, so I decided to get myself a present. I finally picked up one of these, a Foxwell NT530:

I haven't plugged it into either of my cars yet to see what it can do, but it seems like a nice little device.

Nice. Not the most intuitive or user friendly but it does a lot. I see you have the Honda software.
Wait until you try to download and install another vehicle. A very cumbersome process.

Yes, I have heard that. Making matters more complicated is that it seems what I have is the NT530 Plus and it seems to not have an SD card slot like the other models do. Yet the update software seems to require me to insert the SD card to use it at all. Luckily it supports updating over Wi-Fi so I can still update it that way.

I'm glad I don't have any plans to add any other makes' software, since I have no need for it with just two Hondas.

I missed the deadline for my smog test and registration payment… oops. Took it to the smog test this morning and it passed with no problem.

The cost went up from $25 back in 2015, to $45 in 2023, and now $80 this morning… geez.
I thought only houses are more expensive in CA 😁
Do they insert a sniffer in the muffler for the smog test?

I was missing these small covers for the taillights, so I 3D printed them. The color doesn’t match, obviously, but I’ve got some interior paint we can try it tomorrow

Do you have the template for these?

A certain national body shop chain who I won't name messed one of mine up many years ago so it only partially fits and only when inserted upside down.

A friend of mine is interested in joining the Oddy Family and is looking to purchase a 3rd Gen Honda Odyssey either a 2007 or 2010 EXL model that someone is selling very close to us within the same town.

I want to ask the experts/ fellow owners here like what are the few things that we need to look out for while buying a USED 3rd gen Odyssey especially the ones with a mileage of 130K-180K as most of them are within this range. TIA!!!

Take a look at the Used 3 Gen Buyers Guide thread that's at the top pinned area of this section. WiiMaster created this thread with your questions in mind!:giggle:

Thank you for pointing to that link. It was a good read and gave me an insight into what are some of the crucial things to check for.
