UPDATED May 2023 New to the forum so first time poster. 2015 EX 65K miles Had the full fiesta light dash last week. I followed through on the "take it to the dealer" referenced here to read the codes. Dealer informed us we had a "bad cell" in the the battery and the low voltage was causing the issue. (It was starting but more like an old Snapper mower, but I digress) Anyway, replaced the 3 1/2 year old original battery and viola` everything is back to normal. Thanks for the tip on the code. Saved me a bunch of time and hassle at the auto parts store. UPDATE May 16, 2023 - Same issue and warnings. 61 months out of a Honda battery. Not unhappy. Save the dollars and went to the auto parts store and installed a new battery. All lights and warnings reset.
We did this too, then it happened again and we had to replace the alternator. Now a few months later it's starting to do it again.

If you used a poor quality alternator (ie, not a Denso or Honda OEM from the dealer), then the alternator could be failing. Also check for oil leaking on to the alternator, which will kill it even if it is a quality part.

would a cylinder ignition coil failure cause the FWC to fail
LDW and FCW lights always turn on with the Check Engine light. Those system are disabled when there is a problem with the engine. Fix the engine issue first (hint - it is unlikely to be the coil, please read the VCM megathread).

Thank you. I will check when I get the car back from the shop.

I looked at the VCM thread and don't think that is the issue. The Van has 150000 miles, and this is the first real engine issue. I took it to Autozone to get a computer assessment, and it said cylinder 1 ignition coil failure.
Will any of these issues impact the AC, My wife was driving to the beach last summer and the car started running rough then the AC went out.

and it said cylinder 1 ignition coil failure.
There is no code for a failed ignition coil. More likely the code is for a cylinder 1 misfire and their suggested fix (which is almost certainly inaccurate) is to replace the ignition coil.

P0301 = misfires. One of the possible causes is ignition coil, but it could also be the spark plug (or wires, if the van had it, or fuel injector, or, or or...). Your description is 100% consistent with VCM-related oil fouling of the spark plug.

If you really do still suspect the coil, swap #1 (rear passenger side) with #4 (front passenger side) and see if it follows the coil. This is a free check if you an DIY.

Just got 2016 Odyssey in July and LDW/EMISSION/VSA etc multiple lights on dashboard last week , and took it to dealer had checked today then they came back a really bad results ... says found codes P030 for cylinder 3 misfire and excessive oil on spark plugs, using video scope confirmed oil inside cylinder. What I can do for it ? as they said ... the piston heads and rings replacement.

Welcome to the OdyClub!
For your misfire and oil on your plugs- read the 1st post of the VCM Mega-thread that's linked at the top of this forum section. Do not fall for the dealer's "ring-job", it only succeeds in lightening your wallet and only treats the symptoms. Muzzling the VCM along with new plugs (as specified in your Owner's Manual) and perhaps some techron in the gas tank should resolve that problem.

Yeah, but that doesn't really answer my FCW/LDW question, and on my opinion normal pad wear shouldn't draw down the fluid level so far that the Brake light comes on. Just wondering if anybody else has experienced these issues.
Happens to us when it's too hot and the cameras/sensors get too hot to function. Shuts off when the Odyssey cools down.
